Field Trip: Dino Dig with Elevation Science

We are excited to announce that we will have a Dino Dig Day this Friday, August 2nd thanks to the generosity of Elevation Science Institute. Spend the day looking for Dinosaur bones in the world-famous Jurassic Morrison formation, and see how these world class researchers prepare and catalog their finds. In other words, this is an opportunity to participate in a bona fide dinosaur excavation for free (if you are an MGS member)!

What to bring? Bring lunch, snacks, water, hiking boots, big hat, sunscreen, wear layers

What does it cost? Free for MGS members
$200 for non-members as per Elevation Science’s fee schedule.

Liability Waiver: All registrants must complete a Field Expedition Waiver Form before the field trip. This form is available on the elevation sciences website: https://elevationscience.org/pay-by-check-registrations. Those who fail to turn in the release form will not be permitted to attend the field trip.
